1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how MyURLMonitor ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit myurlmonitor.com (the "Website") and use our services, including our free tools (together, the "Services").

2. Our Role
Cubiclefreed LLC is an independent controller for all personal information it processes in connection with the Services. We do not process personal data on behalf of our customers as a processor.
The data our Services work with about your websites (URLs, sitemaps, indexing and inspection results, and Search Console data) is technical data about web pages. It is processed to provide the Services and is not treated as personal data processed on your behalf. Our Terms of Service require that you do not submit URLs, sitemaps or other content containing personal data of third parties.

- Business data: company name and VAT ID, if you provide them at checkout
- Service data: websites, URLs and sitemaps you add, monitoring settings, and Google service account credentials if you connect your own
- Communication data: support requests and feedback
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device information
- Usage data: how you use the Services

3.3 Information From Google
If you connect a Google account, we receive the data described in Section 4.
4. Google User Data
When you connect your Google account, you authorize MyURLMonitor to access Google Search Console data using read-only access (the webmasters.readonly scope). This section describes how we handle that data.

4.2 How We Use It

4.4 Human Access
Our staff do not read your Google user data unless (a) you give us explicit permission for specific data, for example when you request support or purchase an Indexation Audit that is based on your account data; (b) it is necessary for security purposes, such as investigating abuse; (c) it is required by law; or (d) the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
4.5 Storage and Revocation
Access tokens and Google service account credentials are stored encrypted at rest and are used only to perform the actions you request. You can revoke our access at any time in your Google Account permissions or by disconnecting the account in MyURLMonitor. When you disconnect, we delete the stored tokens and stop accessing your data.
