These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of My URL Monitor ("Service"), operated by Cubiclefreed LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

My URL Monitor is a web-based service that helps users monitor and manage their website's Google Search Console indexing status. The Service includes features for automated URL monitoring, indexing requests, and analytics.

You must be 18 years or older to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Our Service integrates with Google Search Console API. You agree to:

• Provide valid credentials and maintain necessary API access
• Not exceed API rate limits or abuse the service
• Keep API credentials and tokens secure
• Follow Google's terms of service and API policies

Some aspects of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. Prices, including recurring subscription fees, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to our website or the Service itself.

If you continue to use the Service after the fee change comes into effect, you agree to pay the modified fee amount.

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your account at any time by going to account settings. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation.

All of your content will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered once it has been deleted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time.

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Service. By submitting, posting or displaying content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content.

You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein to any content that you submit.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You may export your data from the Service at any time through your account settings. We will provide your data in a standard, machine-readable format.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may schedule system maintenance during which the Service may be unavailable.

For paid plans, if we fail to meet our uptime commitment in any given month, you may be eligible for service credits as detailed in our SLA documentation.

For monthly subscriptions, we do not provide refunds for partial months. For annual subscriptions, we may provide a prorated refund at our discretion if you cancel within the first 30 days.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact our support team within 5 business days of the charge.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cubiclefreed LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

In no event shall Cubiclefreed LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
